Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 21, 2025.

The Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used and how you can control them. For more information about privacy practices, please see the Privacy Policy document. Terms not defined in this Policy have, unless otherwise stated, meanings in the Site’s Privacy Policy.

What are Cookies?

A cookie is a small text document that is stored on your device (such as a smartphone, computer or other gadget) when you use SwapAuditor’s website or services. SwapAuditor and its partners and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels, embedded scripts and logging systems (“cookies”) to automatically collect certain information when you visit our site or interact with our services.

What Information do Cookies Collect?

Cookies enable us to collect data such as IP addresses, device IDs, device types connected to our site and services; browser settings; language settings; pages the user came from and went to; clicks on pages; time and date of visit to the site. Cookies will help us better understand our users’ behavior and improve their experience, in order to:

  • analyze how the site and our Services are used,
  • manage site performance,
  • track user navigation,
  • collect demographic information about its audience,
  • save Service login status,
  • remember settings on repeat visits.

Your Choice

Consent and Cookie Management

We ask for your consent to the use of cookies unless they are necessary to provide you with the service you have requested (for example, to remember your login details) or to operate and navigate the site correctly. These cookies cannot be disabled.

You can withdraw your consent or change the settings of optional cookies, such as those used for personalized advertising, at any time by going to the cookie management page: this can be accessed by clicking on the cookie icon at the bottom of the SwapAuditor website. Once you have made changes, you may need to refresh the page for them to take effect.

You can also disable all cookies (including mandatory cookies) in your browser settings. Please note, however, that this may affect site performance or limit access to certain features of SwapAuditor.

Online Behavioral Advertising

We adhere to the Digital Advertising Alliance’s self-regulatory principles for online behavioral advertising. These principles provide users with the ability to control the collection of data about their online activity over time on third-party sites and applications in order to display interest-based advertising.

Some third-party partners and service providers may collect information about your activity both on the SwapAuditor platform and on third-party websites and applications in order to deliver personalized, behavioral advertising.

If you would like to opt-out of interest-based ads from Digital Advertising Alliance program members in your browser, you may do so by following the instructions at https://www.aboutads.info/choices.

To disable such ads across all browsers, you must do so separately for each browser on each device. If you clear cookies on your device, you will need to go through the opt-out process again.

Please note: opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean that you will no longer see advertisements for our Services. What it does mean is that advertisements from DAA program participants will not be selected based on your interests. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the statements or compliance with the obligations of third-party opt-out participants. In addition, third parties may still use cookies for analytics, fraud prevention, and other purposes permitted by the DAA Principles.

Some ad networks, including Google, allow you to customize your ad preferences or opt-out. To learn more about this from Google, click here.

Responsibilities of Customers

Many countries have requirements or guidelines that require website owners to inform users about the cookies they use and, in some cases, to obtain their consent to the use of cookies.

If you are a SwapAuditor customer, you or your organization is responsible for notifying the relevant persons you interact with through the Site (including end users) of the types of cookies used and, where appropriate, obtaining their consent.

If you need details about which cookies are used on the Site to fulfill these requirements, please fill out the form below. We are available to respond to your questions, comments or concerns.
